JOB SUMMARY
The Program Data Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the Agency's tracking software, including securities, data collection, data entry and generation of reports and other computer output for the Directors, Managers, Coordinators and Agency staff. This position will assist the Agency Departments/Programs in data entry, managing data, and tracking specific data as required by funders.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Area 1: Program Operations
•
Configure and maintain the Agency client management software.
•
Working with other departments in the Agency regarding data systems and agency wide reporting, in preparation of gathering information for the CAR and Community Needs Assessment.
•
Provide technical support to field staff for the Agency client management software.
•
Design forms in both electronic and hard copy form for Agency client management needs.
Area 2: Program Compliance
•
Oversee and ensure accuracy with data entered into Agency client database.
•
Make recommendations regarding changes that will increase program efficiency, reduce costs and provide more effective services to target area households.
•
Responsible for ensuring the electronic document imaging/filing system procedures are adhered to for assigned program(s).
•
Having knowledge of and the ability to apply Agency policies and procedures, including safety, technology, data practices and other applicable procedures and program regulations.
•
Maintain all applicable required records, and submit all applicable reports, data entry, and paperwork in timely manner as required by Agency.
Area 3: Program Communications
•
Provide in-service training for all staff as needed.
•
Researching the availability of professional development opportunities to address emerging trends and issues and attending meetings, workshops and training sessions as requested by supervisor.
•
Assessing and recognizing need for professional development and communicating and requesting applicable training support to management staff.
•
Actively collaborate with team members, volunteers, program participants and/or community partners in working towards achieving program goals and objectives.
•
Keep supervisor fully informed of job activities, challenges, and successes.
•
Work cooperatively with all agency staff to assist program participants in accessing resources as needed.
•
Actively participate and assist in assigned program, community, committee and staff meetings and/or training sessions.
Area 3: Work Knowledge
•
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
•
Must have substantial experience in a management of demographic and program information.
•
Must have knowledge of Computer Database Architectures.
•
Must have Data Processing/Reporting Skills.
