Secure File Upload Now Available
This service is provided as a way to securely transfer files to a person or group at Lakes and Pines CAC Inc. instead of sending a document via an unencrypted email connection or by fax. Through this service you maintain control of the files you upload. You will be able to see if your file has been retrieved by an employee at Lakes and Pines and either you or an employee can remove your file from this system at any time.

Instructions on Account Creation
To create an account select register in the upper right corner. Accounts require a valid email address to be created. Enter your email address and a unique strong password. After creating an account an email validation request will be sent to the email address entered. Email account validation is required to access this service.

Once your account is created and your email account has been validated you should be able to sign in and then File Upload will be available to you. This also can be found in the upper right corner after successful login.


SNAP February Benefits
IF you receive SNAP benefits - BE ADVISED YOUR FEBRUARY SNAP BENEFITS WILL BE ISSUED IN JANUARY due to the federal partial government shutdown.
February SNAP benefits will be issued by January 20th. Therefore, February benefits will not be disbursed at the regular time. These early benefits are not extra or additional SNAP benefits.
WE SUGGEST YOU USE THE FEBRUARY SNAP BENEFITS TO PURCHASE FOOD IN FEBRUARY AS YOU WOULD IF THEY HAD ARRIVED IN FEBRUARY.
If you have submitted a SNAP application, recertification or have been asked to provide additional information, you should submit the information to the county as quickly as possible.
Please continue to comply with program requirements. The county will continue to accept new applications even while the federal government remains shutdown.
